Disclaimer & Terms of Use

Last Updated: 31 July 2026

This page outlines the terms under which Datameris Launchpad (“Datameris,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides information, training programs, and career support services through this website and our mentorship programs. By enrolling in a program, browsing this website, or engaging with our team, you acknowledge and accept the terms described below. We encourage every prospective student to read this section carefully before making an enrollment decision.

We believe transparency at the start of a relationship builds trust that lasts through it, which is why we have set out our commitments, and the limits of those commitments, in plain language rather than dense legal text. If anything here is unclear, our team is glad to walk through it with you before you enroll, so that you join Launchpad with realistic expectations about what mentorship, placement support, and career preparation can and cannot promise.

1. Placement Assistance, Not Guaranteed Placement

Datameris Launchpad provides placement assistance as part of its mentorship programs. This includes resume and portfolio support, mock interviews, curated referrals, access to our hiring network, and a placement team that remains engaged with students after program completion. However, placement assistance is a support service, not a guarantee of employment. Enrollment in any Datameris Launchpad program, payment of program fees, or completion of coursework does not create an obligation on our part to secure a job offer, internship, or any other form of employment for any student.

Hiring decisions are made exclusively by third-party employers based on their own evaluation criteria, business needs, and hiring timelines, none of which are within our control. While we work to connect capable students with relevant opportunities, the outcome of any interview or hiring process rests with the employer and the candidate’s own performance. Students who do not receive a placement offer despite completing a program and engaging with our placement support are not entitled to a refund on the basis of non-placement alone, except where explicitly stated in a separate enrollment agreement. To make the most of placement assistance, students are expected to actively participate in mock interviews, apply to shared opportunities in good faith, keep their resume and portfolio updated, and stay responsive to communication from our placement team. Assistance works best as a collaborative process rather than a passive service.

2. Salary Packages and Compensation

Any salary figures, compensation ranges, or earning potential referenced on this website, in promotional material, or during counselling conversations are indicative and general in nature. They are not commitments, and they should not be interpreted as a promise of a specific salary or compensation band for any individual student.

Actual salary outcomes depend on a combination of factors that are unique to each student and each hiring situation, including but not limited to: the student’s existing skill level and how effectively they apply what they learn, prior work experience or lack thereof, performance in interviews and technical assessments, the specific role, company, and location involved, and prevailing market and industry conditions at the time of hiring, which can shift due to economic cycles, sector demand, or company-specific hiring freezes.

Datameris Launchpad does not set, negotiate, or guarantee compensation on behalf of any employer, and we are not a party to the employment contract between a student and a hiring company.

3. Changes to Course Content, Tools, and Schedules

Datameris Launchpad is committed to keeping its programs aligned with current industry practice. As a result, course curricula, tools, software platforms, assignments, project briefs, mentor assignments, batch timings, and program schedules may be updated, revised, replaced, or restructured from time to time. These changes may occur due to shifts in industry standards, availability of mentors, feedback from previous cohorts, or operational requirements, and may happen without prior individual notice to enrolled students.

Where practical, we will communicate significant changes to current students through our usual channels, such as WhatsApp groups, email, or announcements during live sessions. However, the specific tools, technologies, or software versions listed in marketing material or on this website at the time of enrollment are illustrative of the program’s general direction and are not a binding specification of the exact curriculum a student will receive over the full duration of the course.

4. Informational Purpose of Website Content

All content published on this website, including but not limited to course descriptions, blog articles, FAQs, testimonials, mentor profiles, statistics, and promotional statements, is provided for general informational purposes only. This content is intended to help prospective students understand our programs and is not intended to serve as, and should not be relied upon as, career advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional consultation of any kind.

Testimonials and success stories shared on this website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that other students will achieve similar results. Prospective and enrolled students are encouraged to conduct their own research, ask questions directly to our team, and where appropriate, consult a qualified career counsellor, financial advisor, or legal professional before making decisions related to enrollment, career direction, or financial commitments such as loans or EMIs taken to fund their education.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Datameris Launchpad, its founders, employees, mentors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from reliance on the content of this website, participation in a training program, or outcomes related to placement or salary. This includes, without limitation, any loss of income, missed employment opportunity, or dissatisfaction with career outcomes following program completion.

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to limit any rights a student may have under applicable consumer protection law, and where such rights exist, this disclaimer should be read as subject to them, not as overriding them.

6. Program Fees and Payment Plans

Program fees, EMI options, and any founding-cohort or promotional pricing displayed on this website are accurate as of the date of publication but may change for future batches without affecting students already enrolled under an earlier price. Where EMI or financing options are offered through third-party partners, the terms of that financing, including interest and repayment schedules, are governed by the partner’s own policies and are separate from our program terms. Students are encouraged to review payment terms carefully at the time of enrollment and raise any questions with our team before making a commitment.

7. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer periodically to reflect changes in our programs, services, or applicable regulations. The most current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our website or programs after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend revisiting this page from time to time, particularly before renewing enrollment or referring a program to someone else.
