Datameris Launchpad Copyright Policy
Last Updated: 31 July 2026
Website: https://datamerislaunchpad.com/
This Copyright Policy explains how intellectual property is owned and protected across the Datameris Launchpad website and all associated learning programs. It applies to every visitor, prospective student, enrolled student, and alumnus who accesses our website, course materials, or communications, and it should be read alongside our Disclaimer & Terms of Use.
Ownership of Content
All content made available on this website and through our programs is the intellectual property of Datameris Launchpad, or of its parent company where applicable, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation: website text, layout, and design; course curricula, syllabi, and lecture content; recorded and live-session videos; slide decks and presentations; downloadable documents, worksheets, templates, and assignment briefs; graphics, illustrations, and screenshots; and the Datameris Launchpad name, logo, wordmark, and any associated branding elements.
This ownership extends to content delivered through third-party platforms on our behalf, such as learning management systems, video hosting services, or messaging groups used to run our programs. Enrollment in a program grants a student a personal, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for their own learning; it does not transfer ownership of that material to the student.
Restrictions on Use
Without prior written permission from Datameris Launchpad, no person may copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, sell, rent, sublicense, or modify any content owned by Datameris Launchpad, whether in whole or in part, and whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. This includes sharing recorded sessions or downloaded materials outside of one’s own enrolled cohort, uploading course content to public platforms or file-sharing services, and using our branding, logo, or name to imply endorsement of an unrelated product or service.
Limited use of brief excerpts for personal study notes, genuine academic citation, or fair-use commentary is generally acceptable, provided such use does not substitute for the original material, does not harm the commercial value of our programs, and includes clear attribution to Datameris Launchpad. Any use beyond this should be confirmed with us in writing before proceeding.
Third-Party and Licensed Content
Some material referenced on our website or within our courses, such as open-source tools, third-party datasets, licensed stock imagery, or embedded external content, remains the property of its respective owners and is used under the terms of its own license. Such content is not covered by this policy and remains subject to the rights of its original owner.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on datamerislaunchpad.com infringes your copyright, or that Datameris Launchpad material is being used elsewhere without our permission, please notify us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. To file a report, please write to contact@datamerislaunchpad.com with the following details: a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, the specific URL, location, or material where the infringement appears, your contact information, and a statement confirming your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
We will acknowledge valid reports within a reasonable timeframe and take appropriate steps, which may include removing or restricting access to the disputed material while the matter is reviewed. Where a report involves a genuine dispute over ownership, we may request additional documentation before taking further action. Filing a knowingly false or misleading report may result in the matter being escalated appropriately.
Changes to This Policy
Datameris Launchpad may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our programs or applicable law. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of our website or programs after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
